Who we are

Isomerase Therapeutics was founded in 2012 and is a privately-held drug discovery and development services company based near Cambridge, UK.

We are an established and successful research partner for companies looking to accelerate their discovery and development in the health and life-sciences sectors. Our outstanding commercial success was recognised in 2017 by a prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise.

We operate a bespoke biosynthetic engineering and semisynthetic chemistry platform that can rapidly move your chosen microbial product from interesting hit to high value candidate drug or commercially attractive product. We are also experienced at using strain and process improvement, synthetic biology, fermentation, analytical and isolation chemistry to support microbial products from concept to commercially valuable projects.
