The team at Isomerase have experience of working with a wide variety of biosynthetic pathways. Whilst polyketides and non-ribosomal peptides are a particular expertise, and Isomerase has a number of proprietary technologies capable of manipulating the biosynthesis of these systems, we have also worked with other systems such as glycosylated natural products and ribosomally encoded systems (RiPPs).
Our expertise in handling these types of complex chemistry also makes us well suited for handling other natural product systems and products of complex synthesis. We have managed totally synthetic programs for a number of collaborators, designing targets, carrying out quality control, analytical and isolation chemistry and project management.
