Key International, Inc. is proud to be the North American distributor and service provider for the Countec line of equipment.  The Countec CT-CO-120 cotton wool inserter machine is a fully automatic machine designed to work with rope fed cotton, rayon, and polyester that has an output of up to 120 containers/minute. The easy to operate, servo-driven machine has a large touch screen to easily adjust the length of cotton and amount of pieces to insert.

• Output: 120 bottles per minute
• Cotton wool length: 70mm to 200mm
• Bottle range: Diameter – 30mm to 100mm; Height – 40mm to 200mm 
• Cotton inserter verification and reject system
• Second pusher pushes cotton into the bottle for deep insertion
