○ Adults
1. For patients with ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, or peripheral arterial disease, clopidogrel 75 mg once a day is orally administered.
2. For patients with acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina pectoris or non-Q wave myocardial infarction), on the day of initiation of administration of this drug, 300 mg once a day as a loading dose, and thereafter, 1 day per day Administer orally as a maintenance dose of 75 mg each time. In this case, 75 ~ 325 mg of aspirin should be administered in combination with this drug once a day.
3. For patients with atrial fibrillation, take 75 mg orally once a day as this drug. In this case, 75 ~ 100 mg of aspirin should be administered in combination with this drug once a day.
○ Patients
with renal impairment: Treatment experience in patients with renal impairment is limited.
○ Patients with hepatic impairment
: Treatment experience is limited in patients with moderate liver disease with a bleeding constitution.
This drug can be administered regardless of food intake.
