The MATACHANA SC500 series sterilizers have been designed taking into consideration the real needs of hospital sterilization today, both in sterilization centers, surgical blocks, outpatient centers, outsourced sterilization services, etc.

The SC500 is designed in our R&D centers in Spain and Germany and manufactured in our production center in Barcelona (Spain), a new plant equipped with the latest technological advances in terms of sustainability, energy efficiency and process control. .

• Technology:  New, more powerful and modern control system. TFT touch screen for loading area with integrated PLC and register PLC that guarantee the independence of temperature and pressure readings. Front made with an innovative material that prevents accumulation of dirt and reflections. Easy to clean. Backlit front with indicator icons that show the status of the sterilizer.

• Sustainability:  Reduced water and energy consumption thanks to the economizer systems it incorporates.
• Efficiency:  Redesign of the Venturi vacuum system that guarantees low water consumption.
• Compatibility:  Perfect drying tested with the most demanding packaging on the market.
• Connectivity:  Prepared to connect with the most common management and traceability systems via Ethernet port.
• Comfort:  New range of more functional accessories adapted to load needs.
• Accessibility:  Complete redistribution of circuits and components that facilitates the accessibility of the Technical Service to reduce maintenance times.
• Tele-diagnosis:  Remote connection via Ethernet port to know the status of the sterilizer and allow the Technical Service to diagnose incidents/faults remotely for a faster solution.
