Portable Particle Counter for Oil

S40 Series is a series of portable particle counting systems available in different models for fluids like hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gearbox oil, low viscous diesel, kerosene, aviation turbine fuel, Phosphate-ester based hydraulic fluids, as well as high viscous fluids up to 1000cst. The volumetric HCB-LD 50/50 sensor with wear resistant ceramic piston pump offers highest accuracy, constant flow and lowest coincidence error. The system is integrated with touch screen, touch pad and thermal printer for stand alone use. Reports can be generated according to ISO4406, NAS1638, SAE AS 4059 E, GJB420A, GOST17216 etc. The system is equipped with an integrated battery for up to three hours operation and data storage of up to 4000 measurements.
