Montebello uses advanced high-speed dry offset printing techniques with up to five colour capabilities to decorate tubes with vivid, dense colours. Base tube finishes include pearlized silver or white, solid white, and clear or tinted finishes allowing the metallic finish to show, giving you that stylish elegance. Our advanced graphic artwork separation techniques and digital plate making allow for more complicated graphics to be printed than in the past. We can produce smooth vignettes, screen shades, small text and graphics, and realistic photographic reproductions.

Montebello’s sustainable aluminum tubes are built with protective coatings that provide high to medium chemical resistance and medium to low chemical resistance, creating a more sustainable product with exceptional barrier protection. For general applications depending upon product characteristics and pH levels, many products can be packaged in aluminum tubes with versatile, cost-effective internal liners. A broad range of epoxy phenolic liners have proved quite adaptable and are preferred by many tube fillers.
