The environmentally friendly H2O2 technology for material-friendly lock processes
Ortner's passable H2O2 material locks are suitable as clean room decontamination systems for aseptic transfer or transfer of heat-sensitive material.
The fast and gentle bio-decontamination with gaseous hydrogen peroxide runs fully automatically. The innovative nozzle system accelerates gas inlet and outlet as well as gas distribution within the chamber.
The sluice can be set up as a stepless version or as a variant on an existing floor. Different loading systems make daily handling in the lock area easier.
The lock can be easily operated via an intuitively structured user interface via a touch screen panel. All processes can also be controlled and monitored via visualisations.
