Propellant Filling Stations

Centomat rotary stations are suitable for the filling and sealing of products in large series. The individual process modules may be combined to form a high-performance system or installed in an existing filling line to increase production efficiency. The Centomat propellant filling stations fills the propellant in exact doses through all commercially available valves into the closed containers.

Technical data of the filling and sealing machine:

Capacity :-100 - 600 containers per minute.
According to requirement 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 propellant fillers can be mounted.

Function : Rotary station with continuous filling and sealing machine. When the containers, closed with valves, are in position beneath the filling heads, filling starts. The filling heads move to the containers and the pressure filler fills the propellant through the valves into the containers. After filling, the filling heads are raised from the containers. At the same time, the dosing cylinders are refilled with propellant. The continuously adjustable filling quantity may be read from the volume indicator in ml. The outlet star wheel pushes the filled containers onto the conveyor belt, which transports them to the next machine. Pneumatic height adjustment, quick exchange guides and central volume adjustment guarantee simple, rapid conversion of the rotary station to the next product series.

Execution : The machine is made of high-quality materials. All non-stainless parts are refined and resistant to corrosion. The hole of the metering cylinder, which is additionally hard chrome plated, and the high resistance to wear of the gaskets used guarantee precise filling quantities and a long service life of the machine.
