Purified Water Generation
Praj Hipurity Systems Limited specializes in the design of purified water generation units aligned for compliance with almost all the pharmacopoeia of the world. United States Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia is considered as a benchmark for compliance world over.
The Process
The system is based on a combination of hot water sanitizable reverse osmosis and hot water sanitizable Electro DeIonization (EDI Unit). The configuration comes as a skid-mounted unit integrated together with provision for hot water sanitization.
The system is designed with ‘zero dead legs ‘ valves in product contact areas to maintain sanitary requirements set by US Pharmacopoeia.
