FM Approved and Walk On Clean Room Ceiling Panels
Puracore® manufacture and supply completely flush, FM Approved clean room ceiling systems. These ceilings are available in a range of thicknesses and can be ‘walk-on’ and ‘work-on’ systems.
Clean room ceilings can be manufactured in a number of finishes to match the rest of the suite.
50mm Ceiling Panels – The 50mm ceiling panel is ideal to create a completely flush walk-on ceiling system.
65mm Aluminium Honeycomb Ceiling Panels – Puracore® 65mm aluminium honeycomb ceiling panels have just recently been developed for a walk on ceiling deck which can take loads up to 3kn per m2 with 2.5m spans.
Concealed Suspension Ceiling – The Puracore concealed suspension ceiling system provides a fully flush ceiling surface within the cleanroom environment, with the added benefit of walk-on capability.
Top Hat Ceiling – The top hat ceiling system uses a suspended galvanised channel between panels, with a cover strip applied to the face within the cleanroom to match the finish of the panels provided as appropriate.
UB403 Ceiling Hanger – The UB403 Suspension hanger is for use where a joint is not available for the standard Concealed Suspension hanger, typically in corners.
