Reed-Lane’s blister lines are capable of running thermoform (PVC, PVDC, Aclar) and cold form (Alu-Alu) blisters.

Our blistering operation is both flexible and nimble, allowing us to either work within existing package platforms or collaborate with customers and suppliers to design custom, product-specific tooling or packaging features.

Serialization

Reed-Lane’s dedicated Carton Serialization Suite, featuring the Optel TrackSafe™ system, is the perfect solution for serializing cartons packed with blisters. The line can serialize from the unit level through full pallet aggregation.

Creative Collaboration

Our blistering equipment includes machinery from manufacturers such as Uhlmann, Klöckner and CAM and features in-line vision inspection and in-line printing. Our equipment and packaging lines are regularly upgraded: recently, Reed-Lane introduced two Uhlmann UPS4 blister lines with in-line cartoning which expanded our overall blistering capacity by 40%.
