To better serve our biologic customers, Reed-Lane has increased its cold storage capabilities.
Secure cold storage
Our cold storage unit utilizes 100% redundant refrigeration system maintaining the temperature from 2°-8°C. The unit is monitored 24/7, is equipped with an alarm system, and connected to a backup power generator.
Reducing excursion time
Located next to the refrigeration unit is a dedicated climate controlled secondary packaging suite. The room is optimized for kitting projects which require cold storage.
Serialization
Reed-Lane’s dedicated Carton Serialization Suite, featuring the Optel TrackSafe™ system, is the perfect solution for serializing kits. The line can serialize from the unit level through full pallet aggregation.
Secondary packaging
Our state-of-the-art dedicated climate controlled secondary packaging suite for cold chain products can be configured to meet any customer’s needs. We have the ability to label various size vials, ampules, and syringes. After labeling, the product can be kitted with literature and other components.
