Order your Special Obtains with the Rokshaw “One-Stop-Shop” Service!

Special Obtains are lines that are not readily available at main-line wholesalers and not always obvious where to source. If you have an order for an unusual line such as a supplement, continence appliance or a colostomy product that is not readily available we can source this for you with a competitive handling fee.

Some Special Obtains can take longer than our standard next day delivery but usually we can get it to you within 3-5 working days and save the considerable time you may need to find such items. However we can work closely with you and your patient to get regularly prescribed items into our warehouse in advance to ensure that next day delivery can be achieved going forward. Continence appliances, colostomy, tracheostomy, wound healing, scaring and certain vitamins can all be classified under Special Obtains.

 Also part of our Special Obtain service, we can also supply Part IXA products such as certain hosiery items with no handling or delivery fees to ensure you don’t lose out on your endorsements. By working with supply partners we can search for these lines for you.
