Roto Macerators are based on the proven concept of perforated shear plate and a rotating headstock to macerate the solid and fibrous components in pumped products; extending service life of downstream equipment and reducing operational costs. Roto macerator is a key instrument in the processing of solid waste comprising of wood, textile, plastic, paper, bones and skin etc. into finer grain size particles of 3.5mm and fibrous size up to 1.5cm2.
