WuXi STA has been manufacturing clinical trial materials (CTM) since 2008 having successfully supplied thousands of batches to USA, UK, EU, Australia, Thailand, Korea, and China. 

WuXi STA's GMP drug product manufacturing facilities have been inspected by the US FDA, EMEA and NMPA. 40+ isolated manufacturing bays allow for parallel production preventing delays of time sensitive supplies.

Oral dosage forms:

• Solid oral tablet/capsule(including liquid filled hard gelatin capsules), sachets, liquid oral and topical semi-solid dosage forms
• Dry blend, roller compaction, wet granulation(high-shear/fluid bed)
• Encapsulation(automatic and semi-automatic)
• Compression
• Enabled formulation platform(Spray dryer, Hot melt extruder, Nanomill）
• Pediatric formulations(mini tablets, oral solution/suspension, beads, etc.)  
• Hygroscopic and light sensitive compounds(low RH processing room)
• Compounds with low exposure control limits (ECL) including high potency APIs

Injectable dosage forms:

• Broad dosage forms including solution, emulsion, sterile powder (lyophilized) and liposome
• A variety of filling formats including vial, prefilled syringe and cartridge
• Mixing-filtration-filling with sterile containers in a fully isolated system
• Wholly automated, robotic operation manufacturing line
