Description
TEXACEFR-DX generally consists of two antibiotics CEFIXIME 200mg and DICLOXACILLIN 500mg. Both of them are strong antibiotics that are used to prevent bacteria’s growth in the human body. Cefixime is a multipurpose antibiotic that works in a broad spectrum range and it is useful in treating various types of bacteria such as urinary tract, chest and throat infections, and ear infections. Whereas Dicloxacillin is an antibiotic that works in a narrow spectrum range which is used to kill gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria present inside our body and make our body healthy.
Together Cefixime, DICLOXACILLIN Tablets act as a combination medicine whose purpose is to kill the growth of bacteria that are affecting patients in the form of infections in our lungs, skin, middle ear, respiratory tract infections, bone, and joint infections. It also helps to keep those bacterias healthy which are useful for our system.
The Cefixime And Dicloxacillin Tablets generally doesn’t have many side effects, but some of the patients can experience side effects such as dizziness, vomiting, fever, diarrhea, etc. It also contradicts those who have hypersensitivity to cephalosporin. Pregnant women should not use these tablets, as it can affect the baby, and also during breastfeeding, it is not advised to use this tablet.
