DYNO®-MILL ECM-AP

With the development of the DYNO®-MILL ECM-AP, WAB has once again proven its innovative strength. This high-efficiency agitator bead mill is equipped with a completely new grinding bead separation system for the most difficult products to grind. One of the outstanding features of the patented separation system of the DYNO®-MILL ECM-AP series is the self-cleaning effect: It prevents screen clogging, which reduces production downtimes for screen cleaning – a considerable advantage depending on the product. The DYNO®-MILL ECM-AP high-efficiency agitator bead mill incorporates all of WAB's experience.

FUNCTIONALITY

The new DYNO®-MILL ECM-AP separation system features a forced circulation of the grinding beads with optimised flow characteristics (1).The newly developed invert wall (2) guides the grinding beads in the circuit across the screen surface (3) in an axial direction. Subsequently, the DYNO®-ACCELERATOR DSE (4) returns the grinding beads to the invert wall without interruption.This grinding bead circuit is the basis for the unique self-cleaning effect of the DYNO®-MILL ECM-AP separation system.
