Company purpose

Since Accord's arrival into Europe in 2008, our primary focus has been to ensure that patients have access to high quality medicines at the point of need. As the international arm of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Accord now operates in over 45 countries across Europe with a continued ambition to make things better.

Through Accord’s innovative approaches and agile operations, patients and healthcare communities across the world now have improved access to essential, affordable medicines. This is what drives Accord to develop new products, improve administration mechanisms, increase efficiency of production and create more stable and effective supply chains.

The Accord Way

As part of our commitment to ensuring patients get the essential medicines they need, when they need them, our Italian team developed and built a bespoke customer platform. The Accordiamoci customer service system proactively informs customers of supply issues.

To help minimise disruptions to our UK customers through the UK’s exit from the European Union, we approached the issue from a different perspective and built our own dedicated UK distribution centre in Didcot. Didcot is the largest manufacturer owned distribution centre in the UK.
