Our plants are situated in a chemical park in Raigad, Maharashtra, 150 kilometers South of Mumbai. All of our plants are state-of-the-art and comply with relevant ISO accreditations.

A History of Excellence

Laxmi was set up nearly three decades ago with the objective of manufacturing alcohol-based chemicals.
In our early days, we focused primarily on the production of bulk chemicals.

Subsequently, we progressed up the value chain and started producing ethanol downstreams and pioneered the manufacturing of solvents in India. Due to our high standards in quality and meticulous focus on customer satisfaction, we became the one of the preferred partners of choice of pharmaceutical companies and ink manufacturers. In the past decade, we have expanded our capabilities to speciality intermediates. The addition of Diketene to our product portfolio has solidified our position as a leading manufacturer of fine and speciality chemicals in the country.

Laxmi Organic Industries (Europe) B.V.

Based in Netherlands, the European arm of Laxmi started its marketing operations in 2012. The division comprises of a highly experienced team that is engaged in marketing the complete product range of Acetyl Intermediates and Speciality Intermediates produced by Laxmi.

The mission of our European subsidiary is to be an important supplier of chemicals to companies across Europe.

Laxmi Petrochem (Middle East) FZE

Based in UAE, Laxmi Petrochem is focused in ethanol trade in East & West Africa and Middle East. It aims to become the preferred partner for companies requiring ethanol and ethanol derivatives in this region.

Laxmi Speciality Chemicals (Shanghai) Co. Ltd

The company operates in the Chinese chemical market via its subsidiary based in Shanghai. This subsidiary not only markets Laxmi’s portfolio in China but also sources various raw materials.
