Quality Control in Gloves & Tech
PIERCAN guarantees the quality of all products ensuring validation is embedded within Quality Control. Our team follows strict requirements through the process of design, manufacturing, testing, and dispatch.
THE PROCESS
Testing on Receipt: Upon receiving any raw materials and tools used in the process of manufacturing parts, we cross-reference, verify and require compliance to meet all specifications.
Testing During Production: The mechanical and composition parameters are tested by the laboratory while the dipping parameters are tested by the production operators onsite.
Final Testing of the Gloves: part verification, dimensional testing, visual inspection, integrity testing, and durability verification. When specification criteria is met, the inspector will mark the final product as compliant conveying the review of complete traceability.
Final Testing of Tech Products: part verification, dimensional testing, and visual inspection. Once the technical part meets our standards, the controller will mark the final product for confirmation of acceptable standard and total traceability.
