Since 1945, Pyrocontrole has been developing highly technical products dedicated to cutting-edge industries such as the nuclear industry, chemicals, hydrogen, petrochemicals, manufacturers of construction materials (glass, cement, etc.) or even metallurgy. The vast majority of activity is devoted to the development of precise specifications, the qualification of temperature sensors and the manufacture of very high temperature probes (up to 1,800°C).
Pyrocontrole also offers Regulation equipment such as temperature regulators, electrical power regulators, paperless recorders and Human Machine Interfaces associated with I/O Modules.
Its expertise is recognized in France and has been exported internationally since the acquisition of the company in 1997 by the Chauvin Arnoux group. The Pyrocontrole headquarters, now located on the Meyzieu site on the outskirts of Lyon, also hosts the R&D infrastructure, and the sales and marketing teams.
The "Pyrocontrole service" is now an available, dynamic and professional team, capable of finding solutions adapted to any type of thermal measurement problem. It is also a high-performance Quality organization which works daily, particularly in the very demanding field of nuclear power and hydroene.
Finally, it is suitable means. Pyrocontrole has its own COFRAC-accredited metrology laboratory to guarantee the performance of the products delivered .
Pyrocontrole is also an active member of the French Fab .
