SES GmbH, the German distributor for Iatroscan developed a semi-auto applicator for spotting on the “chromarods”. The “chromarods” are reusable 15cm long quartz rods with a 75μm sintered layer of silica gel. Their diameter of 1mm makes it difficult to spot the samples. The SES spotter ideally solves this problem
