Our metal faced solid panel system offers flush interlocking panel to panel edge detail creating a flush surface along the entire face of the wall with a silicone seal or PVC cold weld joint infill to achieve an impervious face finish. Recessed floor track detail available for flush dress up of poured epoxy or vinyl floor & flush integration of Cleanroom Door sets, Glass vision panels & Corner covings offers a completely smooth flush cleaning surface free from crevasses & ledges. Various outer finishes available including PET coated metal, uPVC coated metal, Stainless steel, HPL (Phenolic Laminate) & standard polyester powdercoat to achieve the highest cleaning chemical resistance available. Panel Thickness start from 50mm to 65mm. Various Panel non-combustible cores available including Rockwool & Aluminium Honeycomb. Fire rated version available up to 120 minutes (depending on design limitations).
