Aurena meets rising demand for innovative first aid products sprays in market segments such as occupational safety, law enforcement and rescue services, as well as for family use and the sporting industry with a range of convenient and effective private label products using BoV technology. These include CE-marked eyewash, burn gel and combined wound and eyewash sprays available as OEM products.
The burn gel from Aurena Laboratories cools and soothes skin that has been damaged or burned by the heat, sun or radiation. The first aid gel is a water-soluble, transparent hydrogel, also containing aloe concentrate.
It is to be used as first aid treatment on the skin after excessive exposure to the sun or after heat exposure to achieve the cooling and soothing effects and thereby reducing pain.
The first aid gel product may be used to treat radiation-induced dermatitis, which may be considered a superficial burn. The first aid products use is limited for first or superficial second degree burns. Bag-on-valve technology allows Aurena’s burn gel to be applied from any angle or position with an emptying rate of close to 100%. Therefore, there is no need for hand-spreading, which allows for a more comfortable application on burned and damaged skin.

The wound and eyewash sprays from Aurena Laboratories rinses and cleanses dust and dirt from wounds and eyes. Wound healing is supported by this isotonic saline wound and eyewash sprays, which mechanically removes foreign bodies, reduces pathogens, as well as blood, clot and dead tissue, moistening the tissue in the process.
The wound and eye wash sprays works at any angle, providing a flow of sterile isotonic saline solution, strong enough for washing away clot and foreign bodies from wounds, yet soft enough for washing the eyes. The different available actuators enable to give the spray pattern of choice.
