This machine type is equipped with three work stations for the automatic de-bagging and de-nesting of tubs.Work station 1:Automatic removal of the lid and liner from the tub. The adhesive around the edge of the tub is heated in order to detach the lid. The lid and liner are removed by suction in a single operation and collected in a bin integrated in the machine base for easy disposal.Work station 2:Tub de-nesting.Work station 3:Compact holders remove the RTU containers from the nest by suction and transfer them to the next process step without glass-to-glass contact.
