The machine is designed for easy and exact filling (e.g. for developing recipes, determining process parameters etc.) of all types of stable container in the laboratory. Non-stable containers such as cartridges, syringe barrels or test tubes etc. can be processed without any problems using appropriate transport and holding devices. Our expertise in the design and building of fully automatic systems for the pharmaceutical processing of containers provided the basis for the development of this semi-automatic machine. The installed dosing systems - rotary piston pump, peristaltic pump and time-pressure dosing system - are identical in design to those on fully automatic production lines. Parameters can be transferred to fully automatic machines and lines. The scales are designed to allow 100 % in-process control and automatic fill volume readjustment during production. Batch reports can also be saved and exported.
