COMMERCIAL NAME: IMUHEPTIN – food supplement manufactured according to the Rules of Good Manufacturing Practice of Medicines. Currently this product is approved as a medicine only in the CIS states.
PHARMACEUTICAL FORM: Hard gelatin capsules. The active component is Imuheptin – entomological extract.
COMPOSITION: 1 capsule contains 150 mg Imuheptin active substance. Excipients: potato starch, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, talc, aerosil.
PRESENTATION: Hard, capped, opaque, cylindrical capsules with hemispherical ends, smooth and glossy surface, white body and cap, containing light brown to dark brown hygroscopic powder and/or granules.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES: Imuheptin is a product with immunomodulatory, antiproliferative, hepatoprotective and antioxidant action. The preparation amplifies the detoxification processes and increases the activity of metabolic processes in the liver.
THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: Imuheptin is recommended for adults as a hepatoprotective, adaptogenic, antioxidant remedy and as an additional source of amino acids in liver diseases, immunodeficiency states, in endo- and exotoxicosis, in the complex treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases, in slow regenerative processes, in immunodeficiency states with predominant immune dysregulation.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Gastrointestinal hemorrhages, gastric and duodenal ulcer, mechanical jaundice, bronchial asthma, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, pregnancy and lactation, hypersensitivity to the preparation.
DOSES AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION: Internally. 1 capsule 2 times a day, preferably in the morning and evening 1 hour before or 2 hours after breakfast or dinner. The duration of administration of the preparation is 3 months.
ADVERSE REACTIONS: Possible: dyspepsia and diarrhea in the first few days of use, which disappear by themselves, allergic reactions.
OVERDOSE: Cases of overdose have not been reported.
WARNINGS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: During the treatment, a dietary diet free of fatty foods and alcoholic beverages will be observed.
PRESENTATION, PACKAGING: Cardboard box with 3 Al/PVC blisters, each containing 10 capsules, 150mg/capsule.
STORAGE: Store in a dry place away from light, at temperatures below 25°C, in the original packaging. Do not freeze. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
VALIDITY TERM: 2 years. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
