The Mega Static labelling machine is fully automatic and has been designed for the application of partial or pre-cut wrap-around paper labels on cylindrical and/or shaped containers mainly made of glass.

The Mega Static has a fixed label magazine and can have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 rotating blades, depending on the length of the label and speed. The cold glue unit is equipped with a pneumatic pump and rubber or steel glue distribution roller. The rubber or aluminium blades transfer the glue over the entire surface of the label.
