UNLOAD MATERIAL WITH HOIST AND TROLLEY BULK BAG UNLOADER
Heavy Duty 4’’x ¼” thick Square Tubing with Rigid Bracing. Continuously welded tubular construction - as opposed to ‘bolt together’ and angle iron construction - provides true industrial grade construction. Round flanges, ½” thick, at “bump areas” prevents operator injuries. Heavy duty, fully welded steel provides up to 75% more steel than competitors.
For increased stability, dual I-beam supports are used to mount and support an 8” hoist and trolley I-Beam for increased stability. Mechanical end and loading position stops are included.
Materials of Construction: Powder coated mild steel.
Safety: The Massage-It™ unloader includes a fully welded platform to support the bulk bag insuring the safest operating conditions. Bulk bags should never be untied without the bag resting on a support platform.

Comes with wired 4 button pendant control and chain container. Motorized trolley features side guide rollers and thermal overload motor protection. Hoist includes a heavy-duty AC spring set disc brake for positive braking action and long life with minimal maintenance. Easy 1-step adjustment procedure. Retractable Power Cord wired to trolley and secured at back side of I-Beam, by client, for power connection. Retracted length: 4’. Extended length: 20’.

BAG LOADING FRAME – Model HT4000
4000 lb. capacity. Heavy Duty 3” Square Tubing with four
¼” thick, S-Style, constrained, bag loop supports capture the bulk bag loops to prevent disengagement. Central eye for connection to hoist. Powder coated mild steel.
