Automatic 3 Layer Protective Mask Machine
Over the past few months we have been supplying these Face Mask Making machines and packaging machinery across the UK. This automatic 3 ply protective mask machine is a vital piece of equipment. It’s capable of producing up to 6000 masks per hour.
Working principle:
Surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer, these three fabrics will automatically align and output materials.
Symmetrical ultrasonic continuous blanking on both sides. After continuous roller blanking and cutting, it is diverted to 2 stations for ear-wire welding to improve work efficiency. At last, the ear-wires are welded, the stacking is automatically counted.
Also available are a range of optional extras including packaging machinery, wrapping machines, complete lines and the mask materials.
