Reactor charge isolators

ONFAB’s range of flexible reactor charge isolators can be adapted to fit any connection type, from direct manway loading to integration with dosing and split valve technology.

The isolators protect both the operator and the product from exposure, assuring both safety and GMP conditioning. They can be inert with process gasses to limit solvent vapour risk. Once charging is complete, the isolator can be removed from the charging area using the safe disconnect, allowing access around the reactor or vessel for easy process maintenance.
