ONFAB’s range of flexible sizing isolators allow operators to sieve potent compound blends in a safe and controlled manner. Once sized, your product can be safely handled and removed.

Retrofitted to work around existing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), the bespoke designs ensure ergonomics are maintained whilst performance is improved. They also reduce the need for cleaning and cleaning validation.

The system enables the dismantling and removal of any screens to ensure maximum product processing, and will allow recovery of coarser product for reprocessing or disposal. When designed for use with ONFAB's fan set, the environment within the isolator can be closely managed for pressure, humidity and oxygen content.
