Laminated Aluminum Foil Film
Laminated foil is a thin gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metal laminated to a variety of materials including Polyester (PET), Polypropylene (PP), and Polyethylene (PE). Foil lamination enhances the product integrity and also increases vapor barrier characteristics. Foil lamination can be accomplished with a variety of adhesives dependent upon the specific application for instance water-soluble or non-water-soluble.
Film lamination is popular in medical and pharmaceutical applications due to their protective qualities. For example, film laminations are waterproof and tear proof, which allows them to keep goods odorless, dry, and humidity resistant. Plus, the reflectivity and structural integrity of laminated film adds another layer of protection.
