Whether you’re building a cleanroom for a laboratory, factory, or another use, the AireCell® wall panel system is designed to accept any ¼” panel material to meet virtually any application. These panels are also perfect for creating partitions within existing cleanrooms. Gerbig Cleanrooms can assist you with selecting the proper cleanroom panel for your needs. 

Standard aluminum skin panels have a white semi-gloss polyester finish. Kynar finish and smooth finish FRP panels are available for very corrosive environments. For conductive panels, anodized aluminum skin is available and offers an order of magnitude lower surface resistance than polyester. Gerbig also supplies cleanroom wall panels for use in general construction and for skinning existing walls. Cleanroom wall panels can be supplied in various thicknesses and finishes.
