ClearJect luer lock syringes
ClearJect® prefillable luer lock polymer syringes are manufactured by our partner Taisei Medical Co. Ltd. in Japan. They are delivered with elastomer components from Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Japan, and Taisei plunger rods and backstops. ClearJect® prefillable polymer syringes fulfill Japanese quality requirements, especially with regard to cosmetic defects. The luer lock adapter is manufactured together with the syringe "in one cast“ so it is fully integrated in one piece, which means that the ClearJect® polymer syringes are inherently more robust and better suited for viscous medications like, for example, hyaluronic acid, and easier to administer for the end user.

Closure system: Tip Caps
The ClearJect® luer lock plastic syringes are equipped with a Tip Cap. These are manufactured of latex-free chlorobutyl rubber (formula P-134, P-101A) and correspond to the Ph. Eur., USP, and JP requirements. The manufacturer is Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd.
Syringe as a complete system
ClearJect® COP luer lock syringes can be provided as a complete system with plunger stoppers (gamma-sterilized chlorobutyl rubber fomula produced by the Japanese company Sumitomo Rubber Industries), plunger rods and backstop.
Packaging in "ready-to-use" format
ClearJect® COP syringes are delivered in „ready-to-use“ format under the trademark TasPack®
Like glass syringes, ClearJect® prefillable COP luer lock syringes are packed in nests and tubs and can be processed on existing filling lines. We deliver the prefillable COP syringes in “ready-to-use” format under the trademark TasPack® (Taisei Kako Advanced Sterile Packaging).
