HILLER MOBILE DWATERING - a safe decision
Hiller GmbH has an extensive fleet of mobile pilot and test systems: a total of 20 different mobile system types from DP15 to DP764 are available.
With our fleet of mobile pilot and test plants, we can help our customers all over the world to subject new process concepts to practical tests in continuous operation, to determine process data and to generate optimal solutions. Our mobile dewatering decanters are used in a wide variety of areas, such as sludge dewatering (municipal and industrial sludge), in the food industry as well as in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The systems are equipped with the latest technology, so that they can be integrated into the process optimally and without great effort after just a few hours. It is important to us to interrupt the ongoing operations of our customers as little as possible.
The heart of these mobile systems is always a Hiller decanter. Various system designs and all common decanter sizes are available, all equipped with the latest technology and developed for a wide variety of separation tasks and operating conditions - from explosion-proof industrial applications to food production. These are real production plants on a technical scale, covering capacities from 0.2 m³/h to 120 m³/h.
Dewatering decanters: rental systems
Hiller rental systems are used in temporary drainage projects where our customers are only looking for a solution for their task of solid-liquid separation for a limited period of time. Here, too, we can offer the customer various machine designs and sizes with different throughput capacities, depending on the requirements. All of our rental systems are state-of-the-art and can be integrated into the ongoing process with minimal effort.
