Our various building blocks in effective interlocking are optimally able to meet today's customer requirements.
A HIGHLY FLEXIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with the broad expertise of our technicians and highly effective tools and measuring technology plays a central role. The range of applications includes installations, commissioning, maintenance, on-site maintenance, customer staff training, process optimization and machine diagnostics.
We carry out ROTARY MAINTENANCE in consultation with our customers professionally and with little interruption to operations. More than 90% of our customers secure attractive prices in connection with optimal planning security by means of MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS .
COMMITTED BACK OFFICE EMPLOYEES at various locations support our team of technicians on a daily basis. In addition to an additional SERVICE HOTLINE , they are personally available to our customers with advice and action.
Generous stocks of SYSTEM- RELEVANT ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS at our national and international HILLER service centers ensure rapid availability of parts and short repair times.
For REPAIRS AND WEAR RECONDITIONING on HILLER rotor units, an exclusive machine park with experienced specialist staff is available in our factory in Vilsbiburg. This guarantees FACTORY REPAIRS with short throughput times at a high level of quality.
Due to our extensive RENT ROTOR and RENT SYSTEM POOL for our HILLER decanters, we are able to successfully prevent the downtime of customer machines during factory repairs.
Various RETROFIT PACKAGES for the economic and ecological modification of existing customer systems and our OFFERING OF USED MACHINERY round off our service portfolio.
