The CPU6000-M is a digital multimeter and power supply unit that can be used when calibrating electronic pressure transmitters. The multimeter can supply the device under test with DC 24 V and measures voltage and current signals. In addition, you can communicate with the digital pressure sensors via RS-232.
The CPU6000 series consists of three instruments: the weather station CPU6000-W , the dead weight sensor box CPU6000-S and the digital multimeter CPU6000-M. The instruments make it possible to measure relevant values, which can be used on calibration certificates, among other things. This new calibration concept simplifies the generation of certificates and increases the productivity and quality of the generation process.
Increase the accuracy of your measurement
If you combine the CPU6000 series with a dead weight tester, you can use the WIKA-Cal software to calculate the required weight or reference pressure to be used. The instruments ensure that all critical factors are taken into account and you thereby increase the accuracy of your measurement.
It is also possible to calibrate "gauge" measuring instruments with absolute pressure references and vice versa. Via the integrated voltage supply and multimeter function, it is easy to calibrate pressure transmitters. The weather station and the digital multimeter can also be used independently of each other with other calibration instruments and the WIKA-Cal software.
The generation of the certificate can be done with the WIKA-Cal software.
