Inspired by the Kitchen:
Kerry’s stocks, broths, bouillons and sauces cross a wide range of labeling requirements – from flavoring to extracts to clean label food ingredients. Capturing the aroma and flavour of fresh ingredients, these solutions emulate the home-cooked tastes of time and tradition. Products work in soups, sauces, meat, snacks and ready meals and come in a wide range of profiles such as chicken, beef, vegetable, lamb and seafood, among others.
Our range includes:
Natural stocks: Made from scratch using natural ingredients and time. We slowly simmer meaty bones, vegetables and herbs, then strain and reduce for taste and aroma impact.
Natural reductions: Made using farm-sourced chicken and beef bones, which deliver authentic richness. These ambient or chilled pastes are based on our natural stocks.
Natural umami reduction: We apply our fermentation know-how to our natural reductions process then incorporate the delicious taste of umami to create ambient or chilled pastes.

To deliver fresh, natural and ethnically authentic savory food experiences, we turn to our relationships with suppliers from around the globe. Our range of flavours, oils and extracts deliver a variety of label declarations and work across a range of applications.
Our range includes:
Vegetable flavours: Select from a huge variety of vegetables such as onions, garlic, mushroom, tomato and leek, among others. Labelling declarations include “flavouring” and “natural flavouring”.
Infused oils: Oils are infused with herbs, spices, fruits or vegetables such as basil, chilli, garlic and lemon. These bring fresh taste and aroma to applications and can be listed in a clean label declaration.
Herb and spice extracts: Our range of herb and spice extracts are leading in the field of clean label by going back to our roots with traceable, trusted and organic solutions that can be used across applications for authentic, fresh taste. These include extracts from clove, ginger, sage and thyme, among others.
