Product Information

YECOA YL-316B forms a continuous film of SUS-COAT to display perfect protection performance.

• Stainless steel coating agent for heat resistance & corrosion suppression.
• Stainless pigment(thin section) becomes a continuous laminated film to completely block contact with water or air. 
• Formation of stainless films on the surface of all materials: Metal, wood, stone, pottery, brick, concrete, mortar, glass, plastic, rubber, leather, statue, paper, etc.
• Long-term protection: From corrosion, erosion, rust, wear, deterioration, contamination, etc. of all materials
• Thermal insulation & thermo-keeping: High thermo-keeping as heat or light is reflected due to excellent characteristics, and the thermal conductivity is extremely low.
• Non-conduciveness: Usable for electrical, electrical parts.
• Formation of a dense, continuously laminated film: Excellent protection performance against damage due to humidity, heat, etc. or wear.
• Ultraviolet radiation and weatherproofing: protection from effects of UV or atmosphere, maintenance for glossiness for a few years.
• Strong performance of resistance to water & humidity.

Usage

• Vessel, vehicle, power generation facility, building, outdoor steel structure, various machines.
• Boiler, heating & cooling piping, ironworks, casting plant, glass plant.
• Fuel tank, steel pipe, muffler, radiator, heating & cooling equipment.
• Surfaces of metal, wood, concrete, mortar, rubber, plastic, and paper. 

How to use

• Always wear safety equipment before work.
• Clean the dust, oil contents, and grease on the metal surface. (Using our metal cleaner, they are removed easily)
• Shake up and down lightly before use.
• Spray twice or three times to make thick film formed.
• Spray it about 20~30cm away from target object.
• Apply it again depending on desired thickness.
• Time for tack-free drying is about 2∼3 minutes.
• Complete hardening takes 24 hours.
• Use the target after complete hardening.

Precautions

※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard

• Even though it is low-flammable, keep away from the fire to spray it.
• Provide good ventilation for long-time use.
• Keep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.
• Do not use it toward the fire.
• Do not use near heater or stove.
• Do not use in the room using fire.
• Do not keep it in the place above 40℃.
• Provide ventilation to use it in the closed room.
• Do not throw it away into fire.
• Punch the can to throw it away.
• Do not keep it in the closed place.
• Spraying may not work well below 5℃.
