Description:

• Concentration:
• Centrifugation speed: 3500-4000 R/M.
• Centrifugation time: 5 min.

Uses:

• Glucose determination.
• Also used for Erythrocyte electrophoresis, anti-alkali haemoglobin and lactate.

Precaution:

• Recommended storage temperature: 4-25°C.
• Invert the tube 8-10 times immediately after drawing the blood.
• It is poisonous and should not be used for blood transfusion.
• Blood examination is preferred within one hour of collection as some cellular distortion becomes evident thereafter
