Description:

• Concentration for 3.2% tube is 0.109 mol/l and 3.8% tube is 0.129 mol/l.
• The mixing ratio is 1 part of citrate to 9 parts of blood ( for 3.2 % tube ).
• The mixing ratio is 1 part of citrate to 4 parts of blood  ( for 3.8 % tube )

Uses:

• Prothrombin Time (PT)
• Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT)
• Thrombin Time (TT)
• Fibrinogen
• Fibrin degradation products (FDP) and D-dimer
• Many special coagulation tests can be performed to diagnosis various bleeding disorders.

Precaution:

• Recommended storage temperature: 4-25°C.
• Invert the tube 8-10 times immediately after drawing the blood
