CP PACKAGING MACHINE
Vertical Machine with Intermittent Movements
The CP is a vertical machine with intermittent movements for packaging a wide range of products in bags heat-sealed on all four sides.
The CP packaging machine is characterized by a self-aligning plate sealing unit.
The machine is able to keep the welding plates perfectly aligned because they are equipped with an independent support system, on each row, in order to always have the maximum stability and durability over time.
It is possible to adjust the pressure and the temperature of the plates independently on each row.
The CP model is a machine suitable for packaging a wide range of products:
solid, dusty, granular, liquid and viscous, which is used in various product sectors.
The completely electronic management , the movement guaranteed by Brushless servomotors and the operator interface through touch screen allow to obtain high precision making the use of this packaging machine extremely simple.
The innovative design, the result of careful technical research , the execution of the dosing and bag forming units placed in a balcony with respect to the base make this machine particularly appreciated and compliant with GMP and FDA standards.
This machine model is produced in a multi-wire version, processing reels up to 900mm.
