Machines for packaging in bags _ available the C3 series for the packaging of products in heat-sealed bags on 4 sides or the CO series for the packaging of products in heat-sealed bags on 3 and / or 4 sides in doy-pack or stand-up style ;
Stick packaging machines _ CS and DIVA series are available for packaging products in convenient single-dose stick packs and machines for strips and single pieces;
Complete lines for packaging _ all our machines can be integrated with counting groups, cartoners or case packers to create the most varied in-line or 90-degree configurations.
PACKAGING MACHINES FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR
To complete the range of packaging machines there are the "queens" of the house, customized machines for the pharmaceutical sector and for this reason cataloged as PHARMASACHET and PHARMASTICK.
These machines provide innovative and technologically advanced solutions for pharmaceutical packaging , allow the packaging of powders and granulates, gels, creams and liquids.
OMAG, thanks to its specialization and experience in the sector, has developed COMPLETE LINES equipped with the most advanced dosing systems, carton packaging and weight control systems according to the most demanding URS and in compliance with GMP guidelines.
TOTAL ASSISTANCE AT THE SERVICE OF THE CUSTOMER
OMAG offers its customers an assistance service that embraces all the design phases: during the pre-sales activities, during the first phases of use and for the entire duration of the system.
Each customer will have a telephone or e-mail assistance service available, with qualified personnel, and on request also a remote assistance service, which will allow to communicate in real time with the automatic packaging machine, verifying its perfect functioning.
A large spare parts warehouse and the possibility of building each component of the machine internally reduce plant downtime to a minimum.
Thanks to a particularly efficient computer system we are able to trace every detail, reconstruct the history of a piece and reconstruct that component if necessary.
If a technical intervention at the customer is required, OMAG is able to plan assistance by specialized personnel within the following 24 hours .
FIRST MEETING AND PACKAGING TEST
The meeting with the customer is particularly important for us as it is not only an opportunity to check the project specifications, but above all the possibility of viewing our packaging machines.
In fact, OMAG has a department dedicated to packaging tests, equipped with a series of machines for the various types of products that customers want to package: production tests are performed free of charge using the customer's products and wrappers, the optimal dosing systems, packaging speeds and dose tolerances.
This allows us to propose packaging machines that guarantee the declared performance already in the offer phase.
