Wet Wipes

A wet wipe is a small moistened piece of cloth or paper that is folded and individually wrapped in its own sachet or wrapper for convenience. The format is a highly established staple of the hygiene and personal care sectors.

Cleansing wipes are generally moistened with scented water while disinfecting wipes are moistened with isopropyl alcohol. Of course, packaging and label applications that involve moisture or hydration need strong barrier performance to go with them, to protect both the product inside and the environment around it. By reducing the risk of spillages and leaks, strong, high barrier packaging supports strategic sustainability and can contribute to the Corporate Social Responsibility attributes of a brand.
