The Packserv PCM-1 bench capper is the perfect entry-level machine for the capping of almost any style of container closure whether screw-on, push-on, trigger-pack or spray-pack. Designed to set the industry standard for semi-automatic cap tightening machinery this machine is versatile, efficient and precise.
Description
Our PCM-1 Benchtop Capper has been overdesigned to ensure machine durability and the versatility to take on any closure type. This machine is a cost-effective, precise and efficient cap and closure tightener.
This machine features a range of chuck sizes meaning any cap from 10mm-130mm can be tightened simply and quickly. Custom chucks are available upon request to ensure the full spectrum of lids can be utilised. Additionally, when used in conjunction with our PTP-7 (Trigger Pack Trightener) machine the PCM-1 can also be used to tighten any form of trigger-pack, pump or mist-spray style of closure.

The PCM-1’s simple controls enable fast set-ups and changeovers of products, typically an operator can achienve 10 to 20 units per minute. The universal container guide, adjustable for container size and shape, has an integral activating switch plate ensuring all container styles, shapes and materials will cooperate with this machine.
This is a semi-automatic machine meaning an operator will be required to place a lid on the container then place the container on the machine where it will auto-activate and tighten the closure before repating the process.
