Our membrane modules are dedicated for our Hydrophilic and Organophilic membrane types for pervaporation and vapour permeation applications:
––Hybrid (organic-inorganic) Silica membranes for hydrophilic separation applications. Field of application: solvent dehydration and purification, organic acid dehydration, breaking of azeotropes, in-situ dehydration in condensation reactions. Temperature range up to 150°C, pH range 0,5-8,5.
–—Polymeric membranes for organophilic applications. Field of application: winning of aromas and fragrances, biofuel recovery from fermentation, VOC removal. Temperature range up to 80°C, pH range 1-12. Based on these membranes a number of standard modules are available. Special executions with different materials and/or larger surface area are available on request.
