The DQD™ is a high-precision dynamic qualification tool that allows both adjustment and verification of a tablet hardness tester without having to place the loadcell in an upright position or requiring removal of the tester’s loadcell. The DQD™ load cell is placed in the tester’s hardness measuring station to perform adjustment and verification of multiple points over the entire measuring range.
