Applikon Biotechnology bioreactor systems are widely and successfully used. Autoclavable glass bioreactor systems are used worldwide as a standard for laboratory research and are the basis for the development of many biotechnological and pharmaceutical products.

Disposable bioreactors

Disposable bioreactors are superior in that they are prepared for work much faster, less downtime, simpler validation, more efficient use of raw materials.

Micro bioreactors

MicroFlask (by Duetz). An integrated, easy-to-use, cost-effective and efficient technology platform for the rapid processing and cultivation of multiple microbial species, clone libraries, mutant banks and cell lines in 24- or 96-well microplate format. The system allows one person to culture and test thousands of microorganism species simultaneously with minimal repetitive processing: all processing is performed in parallel in 24 or 96 wells. More efficient use of your existing rotary shaker: up to 10 times less time consumption is possible. The growth quality is the same when comparing oxygen transfer rates and reproducibility in Erlenmeyer flasks.

Mini bioreactors

MiniBio bioreactors (250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml total volume) correspond to the characteristics of laboratory bioreactors (from 1 to 15 liters) on a lower scale. MiniBio systems are as flexible as laboratory bioreactors. This means that MiniBio systems can be customized to meet the requirements of any process. Due to the smaller volume, this type of biorectifiers not only takes up less space, but also allows to significantly reduce their cost.
